1. Definitions

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use erek18's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. erek18 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are entering these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of erek18's services complies with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Single Account Policy: You may register only one account per person, household, IP address, or device. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling services, either through erek18 or any other gambling platform or regulatory authority.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with erek18, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify erek18 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

erek18 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, erek18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges. All documents submitted will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

erek18 accepts deposits via various payment methods available to Indonesian players, including bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. erek18 does not charge fees for deposits, although your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your erek18 account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. erek18 reserves the right to refuse deposits from suspicious sources or to request additional verification of fund sources at any time.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through the KYC process before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000, though higher limits may be available for VIP members.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB) for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and verification requirements.
• erek18 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the bonus wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. See Section 6 for details on bonus terms.

erek18 reserves the right to request additional verification or to delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violations of these terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

erek18 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 30x depending on the promotion.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other games may contribute less or not at all. Contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active. Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• erek18 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that bonuses are being abused, exploited through arbitrage betting, or used in violation of the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and are forfeited upon withdrawal unless wagering requirements have been met.

7. Betting Rules and Game Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed with erek18 are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of each game or betting market. Game rules are available within each game interface and on the erek18 website. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules before placing any bets.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or withdrawn unless specifically stated otherwise in the game rules or unless the event is canceled or postponed according to our cancellation policy.

erek18 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunctions, or incorrect event information. In such cases, stakes will be refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football betting on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other leagues, the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body or competition organizer.
• For pre-match bets, the result includes regular time only unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• For live in-play betting, scores displayed on the erek18 platform are for informational purposes only. Official results from the governing body take precedence.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will typically be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific rules vary by sport and are detailed in our sports betting rules.
• Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets follow standard industry rules. Dead heat rules apply where relevant.

7.3 Casino and Slots Rules

For live casino games, slot machines, and other casino products, the following rules apply:

• All games are operated by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to their rules and terms.
• Random Number Generators (RNG) used in slots and other electronic games are regularly tested and certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using bots or automated betting systems, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent means.
• Money Laundering: Using erek18's services to launder money or for any other illegal financial activity.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting arbitrage opportunities between different bookmakers or gaming platforms.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access or use your account.
• Unauthorized Account Access: Attempting to access another user's account or sharing your account credentials with others.

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. erek18 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, erek18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, deposits, or account balances due to account closure for violation of these terms.
• Technical malfunctions, system downtime, or interruptions to service.
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor failures or bank transfer delays.
• Any losses resulting from your gambling activities.

erek18 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means. erek18 is not responsible for any financial, personal, or other losses you may incur as a result of your gambling activities.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may close your erek18 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding unredeemed bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

11.2 erek18-Initiated Termination

erek18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any other erek18 policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation or providing false documentation.
• Creating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Abusive behavior toward erek18 staff or other users.
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).
• At our sole discretion if we believe continuing the relationship is not in the best interest of erek18 or its users.

Upon termination for breach of these terms, erek18 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any bets or winnings obtained through prohibited activities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of erek18's services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Complaint Process: You must first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting erek18's customer support team. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
